Precision Painting specializes in all types of interior house painting including new home construction and historic homes.
The job may vary, but what remains the same is providing customers with the highest standards of quality work and service.
All of our work starts out with our extensive preparation and ends with a quality finish. We use the finest in materials, always using brush and roller application and never spraying. We are always happy to do any size job with very reasonable rates.
Protect
Our first priority is to protect your home. Before we begin painting the interior of your home, we take the time to protect all of your belongings by covering all floors, moving furniture to the center and covering it, and removing switch covers.
Interior Painting Preparation
All cracks and holes are filled and caulked, the walls and trim are sanded smooth, and we use a stain blocking primer for any water or smoke damage.
Interior Painting Finish
We perform a final dusting of the walls and trim before applying the finish paint. The paint is either brushed or rolled on, and only high quality finish paints are used.
Clean Up
All furniture is put back to its original places and we dust and clean all floors and furniture. We always leave everything perfectly clean.
In addition to interior painting and staining of trim, we can do everything from water damage repair, strip wallpaper, and do all kinds of wall prep and carpentry
